Hello everyone! I'm at the very beginning of my fragrance journey, and I'm also really money conscience so I haven't dipped into decants yet. I've been able to go to stores and sample a lot of the most talked about perfumes here. I've sniffed almost all of Sephora (and I know those ladies must be looking at me like I'm crazy with 20+ paper sticks in my hand lol).
As far as I'm aware, Bianco Latte is not available at any retailer here, so when I heard about the release of Summer Fridays Sunlit Vanilla being a Bianco Latte dupe, off to the store I went. It was lovely on paper and I bought a travel size. When I got home and sprayed it on myself it immediately makes me cough and there's a harsh quality that's hard to describe. It does calm down and isn't entirely unpleasant, but I guess I was hoping to LOVE it. The best way I can describe it is having a vanilla candle following me around. I have a few fragrances that I can not get enough of, pulling my shirt up to my nose throughout the day while I'm working, and unfortunately this isn't it.
That brings me to my question.... For those of you that have tried both, would you say Sunlit Vanilla is a pretty accurate duplicate of Bianco Latte? I'm pretty close to just buying a decant, but I figured I could ask you lovely folks first. Thank you in advance to anyone who answers!
