TLDR: Does anyone know where I can find a replacement battery for the MSP 16 (Gen2)?
My MobileStudio Pro 16 (Gen2) has stopped charging completely. The battery sits at 0% even with the system being completely powered down and plugged in for 24 hours.
I contacted Wacom tech support and the best they can do is $1200 + shipping; Which I assume is to cover the cost of a refurbished unit I didn't ask for and honestly don't want as I'm happy with my MSP 16.
AliExpress has batteries for the Gen1 but from my understanding the battery changed with the generational jump.
I'm hopeful someone in this sub has a source for MSP 16 Gen2 replacement batteries they can share.
If anyone has photos of a Gen2 battery they could share so I can see model numbers and what-not, that would be awesome! If no one shares any photos I plan on documenting my teardown once I return home close to the end of this month. I will share them here for everyone.
