I recently purchased a Colorful RTX 5080 and I'm trying to redeem the Resident evil requiem game bundle. I'm hitting a wall and wanted to see if anyone else has faced this or knows a workaround.
The issue-
Every time I enter my Sn code and Check number on the Colorful resident evil event redemption it immediately says "INVALID SN CODE" I am positive I'm typing the sn code and check number correctly, but it still won't accept my hardware details.
What I've done so far:
• Checked the SN and Check Number on the card/box multiple times.
• Emailed Colorful support 2 days ago with my invoice and SN details—no reply yet.
• Verified the dates: The purchase was made within the period (before April 13) and the redemption deadline is May 11, 2026.
• Tried different browsers to ensure the CAPTCHA isn't bugged.
My concerns:
- Is there a specific regional site for India I should be using? I've tried the global one and it still fails.
- Since the May 11 deadline is close, I’m worried I’ll miss out because their automated system is broken.
- Has anyone had success getting a manual code from RP Tech (Rashi Peripherals) or Colorful support for this?
If anyone has a direct contact or a trick to get the "SN code query" to actually work, please let me know!
