I spend a lot of time doing research to find the best tools with "high-quality" output and found two options that actually work depending on what you need:

If you want REAL people: Use Posted built by Steven Cravotta

1. You post a brief
2. creators apply
3. you pick who you want.

Way cheaper and faster than sourcing manually.

If you want AI-generated UGC: Use Arcads (the best option I found)

1. you write a script
2. pick an AI avatar
3. get a video in minutes.

Not trying to replace real creators.
