I’ve lived in Maryland my entire life, and I have never, ever seen one of these. I tried an image search and nothing popped up that was clearly the same spider. Anybody have any idea?

I sort of inherited one of these, and I’m not sure exactly what to do with it. It definitely needs fixed up but I was surprised to see how much bike repair costs. Is there a market for these anymore? I’m not sure if I should pay to fix it up and sell it? Try to DIY it and keep it? Or if it’s a lost cause… if there’s anyone who thinks they can offer some guidance, let me know and I’ll add pictures of the one I own. TIA!
