Hi Twitch fam! This Bro purchased one of the Twitch widgets I developed from my Etsy shop. He reported that my widget has issues and asked for a refund. So I tested the widget again from my end and noticed there weren’t any issues like he reported.
So I asked him to join a Discord call to see the issue, but he instantly refused. Then I asked him to follow some steps, but he didn’t want to follow them and just kept asking for a refund.
Suddenly bro left a 1 star review and still managed to get a refund through Etsy.
Then I noticed this. Bro is using my widget on his stream! The same widget he reported as having issues and got a refund for. So I asked him about this, and bro instantly banned me lol.
What can I do about this as an artist? I know a lot of Twitch artists are here. Have you guys experienced behavior like this? What actions did you take?
