Have been feeling really ass lately. Got diagnosed with BPD a few days at the ripe old age of 18😭 Haven't been able to recognise myself in the mirror and am loathing my nose and dumb flat smile. please cheer me up.

Have been feeling better a few weeks before this before I pulled all my lashes out again, leaving me unable to do my makeup properly and feeling even more ugly.

Got diagnosed with BPD today, came home, zoned out, bit my nails, pulled my lashes out... Decided that im gonna try harder then ever to quit nail bitting and hairpulling!! Please share some tips.
