What does it mean when it says I’ve completed 2/10 weekly assignments but only ‘5 Left’?

Only been playing a few months, but this has never happened to me before where tasks are grayed out so I’m prevented from selecting or completing any more.

I should add that I have plenty of gold tickets available and I don’t have any expired or incomplete tasks that I had previously selected but didn’t finish.
