hi folks. this thing slid down from my sinuses into my throat and i just coughed it up. this is the fourth time in my life that i have passed a meat lump of this kind. about 3 inches across. its not a squishy breakable mucus, its a very tough, fatty connective tissue-like membrane with a meaty bloody core.
i hate it.
does anybody else get these or know what this is? is it just congealed snot or are my sinuses finally falling out of my skull? i have constant, horrible sinus infections and tonsil stones/enflamed tonsils. i usually treat it with iodine swabs to the throat and sodium/iodine sinus rinses. doctors would rather keep me on antibiotics half of the year than rip out these infernal tonsils and adenoids.
am i dying?
