so i wrote the experiment of the yeast activity with dough, i wrote that i place 3 doughs in container in differnet temp of thermostaticly controlled water bath and measure there height and then leave for 15 min , then measeure final height to get change in hight, the one with the highst change has the highest activity. what are ur thoughts?
