I am having my second ever (Suspected TOS) flare up and I'm miserable. I'm getting married this weekend to the love of my life but I currently can't move without experiencing pain. What helps?

i can't sleep well and wake up in 7-8/10 pain. HELPPPPP

Was recently diagnosed with HSD after years of problems and now am having symptoms of TOS

Does anybody else have experience with this? It seems like maybe my extremely tight upper back might be contributing to TOS or something. I am in excruciating pain in my shoulder, upper back, and down my arm pretty consistently. What helps? I am hoping to go to the doctor today to see if they can do anything...
