I was diagnosed small bowel crohns 2025 07 and maintained remission, until my fcal started to rise to borderline 300ish in the january. I eventually got them down to 130 in this month with extra mesalazine prescription, but Im experiencing worser overnight pain, increased frequency than normal and urgency than what I had during flare. Also, I am having recurrent obstruction episodes(5 last year, 1 this year), about once every three months even in remission. my CRP and ESR was all fine except the result at the first diagnosis. My doc said my azathioprine and mesalazine is working fine, so what could be the cause of these pain?
