I graduated HS in 2024 and enrolled at UCSC and did my freshman year there with most of my time spent majoring in film, soon realizing I want to major in something that has a higher guarantee in me finding work that has high pay I switched to Electrical Engineering. By the end of that year I realized I wanted to do something involving construction in cities so I thought civil engineering, construction management, or urban planning, eventually landing on construction management I realized UCSC had no major in that or any of the other ones so I decided to take a break year and enroll in my local cc and try and transfer to another uni. I am now approaching the end of my year at my cc and have failed miserably compared to my freshman uni year and hs career. I have a cumulative 2.38 gpa at cc and 3 W's, I have no excuse and know this is my fault and am trying to do better, especially this next year. I want to apply to transfer to CSULB, CPP, and CPSLO but have major doubts of any potential acceptance, I know I can still turn this around but I don't know if that'll be enough, I feel stuck and worried that I have dug a hole to deep to escape from.
