Hello everybody!

I currently have a really mid PC. The specs include as follows:

  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
  • RAM: DDR4 32gb 3600MHz
  • PSU: 600V Gold

I recently tried installed a new graphics card was a Radeon RX 6700 non-XT. Once I installed this GPU I booted up my PC just to notice immense amounts of stutters. My keyboard LED would flash and disconnect same with my mouse. I've tried a PLETHERA of trouble shooting methods as well as simple things you're supposed to do when you install a better graphics card. Like updating drivers for the specific GPU, updating my USB drivers, reducing my RAM usage in BIOS, and even going as far as installing a new PSU (850V Gold).

The stuttering is still happening. At this point I'm lost. I don't known what else to do. Does anyone know a fix?

Would updating BIOS help?

Is it a GPU issue?
