BLOCKADING THE ORNAL! MoD ANNOUNCES CONSTRICTOR PLAN AGAINST PARPALDIA

The Ministry of Defense has recently announced their Constrictor Plan to the wider public today in an effort to starve and detain Parpaldian aggression in the Ornal Sea and Altaran Strait.

Prime Minister Leopoldo Garibaldi said during his speech to the Parliament yesterday that:

“Additional reinforcement has been earmarked for the Sios and Ornal Theater. I have been empowered by the War Cabinet to release these details to you today and while I cannot confirm whether or not the 4th Battlecruiser Division and the 7th Battleship Division, along with the 21st Heavy Cruiser Division have been reassigned there, I can say that we have drafted a comprehensive plan that is now undergoing implementation to bring civility and manners to these Parpaldian brigands”

While unconfirmed, there are reports that the Western Theater has reached a point where forces could be diverted to the East in support of the Sios and Ornal operations.

The Office of the Chief of Staff of the Regia Aeronautica has declined to comment on the recent announcement but a spokesperson has confirmed their commitment to fulfilling the national mandate and duty to Altaras as promulgated by both military and civilian leaders.

The Regia Marina has also refused to comment on the matter citing operational security. The Naval Chief of Staff has reportedly been in ‘significant high level discussions’ at 24 Wren Avenue alongside his contemporaries.

For the past few months, it has been noted that no significant announcements relating to the Ornal has been released by the Regia Marina or the MoD. The majority of releases thus far has been more focused on the Western Theater and their supporting role in Regio Escercito operations in Parpaldia against the Grande Armée.
