can someone please help i’m 31 flipped around , and i weigh around 156 and 5’1. i would like to weigh 125-130. yes, i’m obese and im sick of it and i want to loose it. i’ve tried calorie deficits and walking 10k steps a day but i just do not see progress and i was doing it for 3 months, i even got a food scale. i have the biggest thighs ever and i just hate it so much. can ANYBODY help me or give me tips? and don’t say starving or anything like that because no. and i also grow up in a very cultural household so the food has lots of oil and stuff like that in it .
