i’ve just moved into a bore hole serviced property,

previous owner left no instructions or provided any docs on who installed it so no idea what to do :D

see some photos below, how do i replace the cartridges, by turning water off? also how do i turn the water off?

i’m guessing that block box is the uv lamp?
