Softail Deuce - TC88 - Inner Cam Chain Tensioner Question

Inner shoe cam chain tensioner wear in pic. Outer is flawless.
I do contract work, currently in between clients. Looking for any mechanically inclined and or knowledgeable people to help me decide whether this is safe to ride until my next client. I am cautious to spend on parts without income. Stop gap would be to replace the shoes until I have income and feel okay spending my savings on hydraulic upgrade and maybe re-cam it.
please give me your thoughts if they're informed. I don't want to miss out riding but I found this cause I'm doing preventive maintenance not so I can ignore shit.
