I've been a football (soccer for our US members) fan for many years, I follow a few leagues and international tournaments. With the World Cup coming I decided to built an app to follow matches during work without opening sports sites full of ads and popups.

So, I built a Chrome extension called Football Today — live soccer scores, fixtures, match status, and results in a compact browser widget. Supports Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League, and World Cup 2026 coverage. Also added keyboard shortcuts for quick access.
