Do ipu colleges allow partial drop?

Like do they let you leave after a year gets over and what about the fees? I hope they don't charge the fees for all four years...

Please guide!!

And do mention the colleges too (if younare talking about any particularly )

and also let me know if it's different for different ipu colleges!!
