Itraconazole Therapy for seborrheic dermatitis

My question is:

If even Itraconazole Pills don't slow down your dermatitis, what does it mean? Those pills kill Malassezia Yeast systemically so it actually should work. But what if it does not yet all dermatologists say, that you have seborrheic dermatitis?

In my case nothing works. Not a single topical work. They make my symptoms even worse. Even if the ointment/cream says "for sensible skin" or "anti irritation" etc, my skin reacts too brutal to everything. Only Protopic brings some relief but that's it...but nothing for my Scalp which also reacts too harsh to every Shampoo with dandruff, itchiness and burning.

I think only immunosuppressants can help me but i'm pretty sure that not a single insurance would allow it (especially for incredibly expensive stuff like Biologics).
