Henckels Paradigm pans… just me or?

I picked up the Henckels Paradigm Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan Set from Costco recently and finally tried the 10" pan for Easter brunch (pancake crepes).
Cooking actually went fine… but cleanup was another story.
I hand-washed it with Dawn Dish Soap after letting it soak a bit, nothing aggressive, abrassive or anything—and the finish now looks pretty rough/discolored. Almost like it already aged 2 years after one use.
For something marketed as “ceramic nonstick,” I wasn’t expecting it to look this worn immediately.
Not really looking for troubleshooting (they’re probably going back to Costco regardless), but more just venting and curious:
Is this normal for these?
Did I somehow mess this up without realizing it?
Or are these just… not great?
Kind of a bummer because they looked really nice out of the box.
