KF Totem Build Advice

Hey folks, I've late for the mirage league and got 2 voidstones ATM. I've been following Tatiantel's KF totem build and things are feeling pretty good, but as I'm trying to get into T16.5s I feel like I'm lacking some damage/survivability.

Level 96 Hybrid Crit Kinetic Fusillade Totem Hierophant [3.28]

Any advices?
And I have got a belt that can be anointed. Should I anoint watchtowers so that I can get 7 totems?

Fastest way to farm divine orbs?

Got a Dark Monarch helmet but not Spectres Mod.
I used 18 divine orbs but failed.
I think I need another 20 divine orbs to try one more time.
So would you please tell me how to get 20 divine orbs fast?
Thanks in advance.

Update:Many of you said juiced breach.I tried and I died.Are there any good ways? I play KF Totems.

The poe wiki says once intelligence in a division reaches 100%, you can raid their safehouse, but what is the fastest way to increase the intelligence?
Should I choose Interrogate or Execute or Betray?

Now I got 2 spectres.
The first one is a Carnage Chieftain from Act2 and the second one is is a Forged Frostbearer from a map.
I do not have a trigger wand but I have got a Bitterdream.

Here are my questions.

  1. How can I replace Carnage Chieftain with another Forged Frostbearer?
    Can I just spell Desecrate in my hideout and wait for Forged Frostbearer corpses?

  2. how many Forged Frostbearer Spectres need in the Forged Frostbearer Spectre Necromancer build at least?

  3. Can I use Bitterdream before I got one trigger wand?
