Hey guys. I came up with a new design. I am a big Star Trek fan, so made this design showing a technical schematic of the USS Enterprise E (NCC 1701-E) within the LCARS computer system used on the ship. I also made one of the Enterprise D, but haven't lasered it yet. I have to melt some more copper into bars first. What do you guys think of this design? there are more pics of these HERE if you want to see other angles and my other designs so far.

What do you think of my newest laser engraved copper ingot design? It is an ancient Egyptian Hieroglyph depicting an Egyptian queen handing a box with the element Copper on it to an alien visitor. They are standing in front of a stargate that shows the constellation Orion inside.

I'm having a lot of fun with my new Fiber laser. Playing with different settings to get the depth and results I want. Here are a few more Copper bar designs I made this week to commemorate our 250th Anniversary that is coming up soon! Now I need to improve my metal pouring to get a better result with less voids. I think it is trapped air bubbles during the pour, but these are artisanal, so it just adds to the charm. What do all think of these new designs?

Here are a few copper bars I made this weekend. Melted copper wire in my furnace and poured into 3 mold sizes. Then I designed some Patriotic stuff and Laser Engraved them. I also sealed them with acrylic spray so they won't oxidize. What do you all think of them?
