THE FARIDABAD THEATRE EXPERIENCE.
Went to watch Project Hail Mary yesterday, pretty solid film, watched it at Miraj cinemas (worst mistake), the projector was so low quality, pissed me off really bad, woh toh movie ke visuals itne ache the ki even the bad projector did justice to the visuals, but if anyone on here plans on watching it on the big screen, pls dhang ke theatre main jaana.
But more than that, i wanna talk about the movie etiquette of the folks in Faridabad, pardon my language but BHEN KI CHUT KAISE PADHE LIKHE GAWAAR AATE HAI. In the row front of mine, there was a group of college students (they seemed like it, maybe older) but it was basically a group of friends, throughout the duration of the first half, these guys were chatting, gossiping, doing there little commentary over the movie, BSDK DIRECTOR HAI TU, YE DIRECTOR CUT KI CD HAI?! like 2 guys out of the group, were constantly YAPPING, and not even like whispering, straight up TALKING, as if kisi bhojnalya main roti todne aaye ho.
Like these people seemed decent too, judging from their appearance and way of speaking (i could make out their way of speaking because they were talking so damn loudly), hence lesson learnt, never judge people on the basis of the language they speak, some folks can be the most uncivilized cunts while speaking fluent english.
One of the guys from the group was straight up SPEAKING to the movie character, as if it were a dialogue between him and Ryan Gosling, like sure man you can get embraced into the experience but YOU ARE A GROWN ASS MAN BHAI WHY ARE U TALKING TO A MOVIE CHARACTER THAT TOO SO LOUDLY?! One of the ladies from the group was using her phone, being a loudmouth and asking questions to someone sitting three seats besides her.
I would've politely asked them to zip it, but since they were in a group, you never know how they might react. Since the theatre was empty, i just switched my seats after the interval. Guys if you are out with your friends, and you wanna have a great time chatting and gossiping, please go to some food court or ANYWHERE BUT A DAMN THEATRE.
