What's the point of assault weapon bans if handguns comprise the majority of gun violence?
Virginia just passed an AWB on the basis of reducing gun violence. However, the majority of gun violence is because of handguns. Why do laws like this continue to pass if they target weapons and gun owners who are not to blame for these problems?
