Went to close the garage door today and it won’t close with the chain controlling it. It’s like it gets stuck but the door opener keeps pushing. If I disengage the chain I can manually open and close the door without issue. I can then reconnect the chain once the door is closed and it opens it with no issues. I have greased the wheels thinking maybe they were catching but it didn’t seem to change anything. Any idea would be helpful. Thanks
