



How I would cook and prepare each AFCS mascot + Recipes
Been cooking (non professionally) for a few years now and even did a culinary arts class as an elective during undergrad.
These recipes are more or less freestyled off the top of my head with some inspo also.
Pics aren’t the actual dishes or of mine I pulled em off google. But maybe I’ll try and actually recreate them to the best of my ability one day and rate them if this gets enough traction or something.

Edit: as per Texas education system tradition, apparently I can’t spell
Edit 2: for jackson it’s better if you can cook the shrimp in the same pan as the meat, at the right temp the fond leftover will elevate the melted garlic butter and shrimp even more, just make sure to take the pan off for like 30sec on a cool counter so the pan is cool it enough as to not burn the butter
