Payment processor locked my funds with clean chargeback history. Any options besides waiting 6 months?
Payment processor locked my funds with a clean chargeback history. They’re saying the only way to release the money is to completely stop processing and wait 6 months.
Even support told me my account history looks clean and they don’t understand why the reserve is there.
Has anyone actually gotten funds released early or successfully escalated this? What are my options besides waiting?
