Superhero Character I Created (Colored Portrait and Turnaround Sheet)

I created this electrical type superhero character for a portfolio for animation studios. Does the design feel animation ready? If anyone looking at this is a pro in the industry, do you think an animation studio would like to see something like this in an entry level portfolio?
