So the husband and I bought our house June last year. We are thinking about refinancing the mortgage through VA IRRRL. Our current rate is 6.750 and looking for low 5. Is it a good idea to refinance with only a year under our belt or should we wait longer?

Just bought my home 7-8 months ago and looking to add some decor to bring the house alive. What places would you guys recommend for good and reasonable prices?
