Extreme Metal Vocalist Needed for Thall

Pianist/singer/composer looking for a brutal death metal/grindcore vocalist for my thall/progressive metal project.

I need a vocalist who sounds something like Putrid Stu, The Dark Prison Massacre, Devourment or Signs of the Swarm, so if you have some absolutely inhuman, disgusting gutturals, hit me up!! Let's see if you like the music and if you do let's work together on something.

The music itself is highly Vildhjarta inspired with an emphasis on jazz and classical compositional techniques. There would be two vocalists, with myself doing androgynous reverb-soaked jazz vocals underneath the brutal gutturals taking the foreground.

[LFG] (Extreme Metal) – Need Guitar and Vocals!!

Hi!

I'm a pianist and composer, but I also sing and mix. I've released around 5 experimental/ambient albums independently and the 6th is on its way, but I've always wanted to make something like Vildhjarta but with a stronger emphasis on both brutal death metal and clean vocals. My guitar skills are non-existent, though, which has been a problem.

That's why I figured if anyone wanted to make something interesting, we could work together! More info about the sound I'm going for below.

If you're a guitarist, I can send some sheet music/tabs over. If you like it and can play it, let's record it and see how it feels. The same thing goes if you're a vocalist and like the existing music/lyrics. Vocalists of any gender are encouraged. Vibe-wise, think the vocalists from Putrid Stu, The Dark Prison Massacre or Signs of the Swarm.

The band's sound itself would mostly be like Car Bomb, Vildhjarta, Frontierer, etc – so we'd need an eight+ string guitar. There would also be a strong jazz/classical influence due to my training in both, probably extending to extreme covers of Bach and vocal ballads. I have a very boyish, androgynous singing voice that I think sounds nice soaked in reverb, especially if happening directly alongside some absolutely filthy, monstrous gutturals (that's where you guys will come in, hopefully :)!)

That sort of dynamic between the Vildhjarta influence and the classical/jazz compositional elements + the two contrasting vocal styles playing simultaneously could be very interesting to play and listen to, IMO. So, if this sounds like something that speaks to you, too, don't hesitate to reach out.
