The base was filled with members of his mafia, hailing from his own world. He had brought them here through interdimensional portals created with his powers.

belong to him, and he will use it to make the world a better place. But until that day comes, he must prepare himself and expand Passione’s influence across Mobius.

But you must be wondering, what is Passione’s cover? How is it hidden?

Its activities are concealed because, as a cover, they have a restaurant. It goes by the name of... Golden Wind. It connected the base to the outside world and pretended to be under construction.

((I was thinking about and...I thought that at a time, after a long moment, being like after some other main arcs, Giorno would finally try to take control of the empire by force.
