Hello, I hope I am not just being paranoid (21M).

I got this notification from my phone and apple maps opened, where it showed points being recorded of basically:
where I work -> route I take home -> my home
I tried playing a sound but heard nothing.
potentially it could be on my car but I don't want to check as its currently midnight writing this and I don't want to step outside my home.
