Not sure if they understand what 100% satisfied means, but I received 3 orders from someone all with missing pieces. It was a $10 order in total. They will not refund or let me return them. This is also after I just spent $800 on another order a few days prior. So ... yeah.

Temu on the other hand doesent even want to hear it. They will just throw your money back at you even if you WANT to return it. They tell you keep it, take your money, and have some credit too.
