First sourdough item from my first sourdough starter!!
16” sourdough pizza! Traditional red sauce, pepperoni, bacon and roast garlic with a garlic butter brush on the crust.
Chewy yet crisp and chewy. Slight tang balanced with the sauce and cheese. Layers of flavors so divine.
Knead Flanders my sourdough starter got a new home this week and is alive and active. It smells slightly sweet and yeasty with a little sour/ brewed. I’m making my first sourdough pizza tonight!
This week my new recipe was double chocolate chip cookies! These were delicious, moist and chewy with a little crunch around the edges. Will be making them again.

I didn’t get around to posting last week my bad y’all.
I made a new bread recipe and I’m really digging it. Nice tall loaf with great crumb.
And of course as always lots of pizza! I now make garlic butter dipping sauce for the pizza it’s a dangerous combination (family wants pizza almost every day)
