I have completely blocked left side sinus (deviated spectrum) and cat allergy with the cats still being around me in the house but not in my room.

After searching I've concluded that this is what I need to use but I'm not sure if I should be using all or not?

Fexofenadine (Allegra) antihistamine tablet

Flonase (fluticasone) nasal inflammation soray

Astepro (Azelastine) nasal antihistamine spray

Olopatadine (Pataday) antihistamine eye drop

I've had congested sinus and left side sinus 97% blocked, bloated left ear, dark circles, histamine intolerance problem symptoms for years and it just hit me it might actually be cat allergy.

For example if I touch a cat I would immediately get a runny nose.

I know from now on I won't be touching those fur balls 😭 and I already don't allow cats in my room (there isn't a single cat hair in the room as I separate my room clothes from the out including the home clothes (I'm germphobic 😅) and I always bath before being in the room after doing my out stuff and the room is very clean and 24/7 closed door).

So what should I take to treat this?

I have my left side sinus completely blocked and it hit me, what if it's because of the cats we have in our home and just now touched a cat and immediately after 3 minutes my working right side sinus became runny and it stays like that for hours.

Could my sinus problem be from the cats? If so what should I do and get to treat it? Currently it's not possible to be somewhere without cats, my room however is closed 24/7 where no cats get in.

My left side sinus is almost completely blocked (I can see it with a flash light, an ant can barely go through, I have deviated spectrum, did a surgery a few years ago and the problem came back), I have dark circles in both eyes but it's worse in the left side and my left ear is bloated and the nose it self is bloated.

I've used many nasal sprays and non of them helped with the mentioned above, they don't even keep the nasal passage clear till I wake up (wake up multiple times), so I was wondering if you guys know about something that actually can treat the dark circles and can actually keep my nasal clear, I just want to get rid of the dark circles because they really look bad and want to have a good sleep.
