Since there was such a population boom here I wonder if there’s any market demand for residential IT.

I know the commercial IT world is extremely saturated so it’s probably the same but I also wonder if there’s actually a lot of need for at-home IT / camera / security setup/monitoring.

Not camera monitoring but just sort of high end residential tech where someone is available to expand upon and monitor upkeep up services.

Anyone in the industry I’m very happy to hear any input from!

Does anyone know if the AI summary of tickets is something saved for each ticket or is it only created when the option is requested on an individual ticket?

I’d like to be able to hover over a message and have a timestamp showing when that message occurred. Is there any way to make this happen within the current settings?
