Fulmination and Statikk Shiv stack off off each other
Meaning, you have ONLY energized attacks. When the Statikk Shiv bounces to the other Champion, because the lightning also applies on hit, it applies Fulmination on both champions right after the other and so re-energizes your next attack, which procs Statikk again, which stacks Fulmination on-hit on both champions, re-energize, repeat. unironically likely broken, it is insane at killing two people; 1v1 it obviously doesnt work
