So I recently got hired as a Store Associate at Lidl, completed the background check, and did my on-boarding process so the question i gotta ask is how is it working at Lidl? The most similar experience working with this company would have to be me working at Aldi. But if it's the same as Aldi with huge amount of turnover rates, under staff, long extended hrs and such then should I expect the same with Lidl or is it entirely different?
