My 2020 Samsung TV (55 inches ) just developed ugly vertical lines across the panel after 6 years of moderate use. No drops, no overheating just random failure. I had this issue earlier, it was fixed by service person with some tweaks. Now the lines seem permanent and not repairable. Sick of Samsung’s panel quality.
Looking for a truly durable TV that can last 8-10+ years with minimal issues. Budget max ₹60,000 INR. Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (prefer local service availability).
Usage:
• Mostly TV channels (news/sports) and movies/series (Netflix, Prime, etc.)
• No gaming since i use my bedroom tv for it.
• Wall-mounted in living room
Preferences:
• Size: 55 inches
• 4K preferred for movies
• Good upscaling for SD/HD channels
• Reliable brand with strong India service network (avoid panel failures like Samsung)
• Smart features nice but not priority (I use Jio setupbox)

Please help with suggestions. TIA

📍 Opposite iskcon temple. I had Mango + Naga chilli Tender coconut and u/na-na-land had PSG + Tender coconut. Both were fresh and super good. They also have cones (add 10 per cone) and mini tubs n tubs.
