I love how you can be in this game, join your friends, but then also be surrounded by random people. its honestly always cool to see other peoples AU's and OC's of characters. it shows the different talent and over all passion people have for creating characters.

This is the main hub for everything related to the Starlight AU, an alternate universe based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series. Here, the Starlight AU team will be sharing works in progress, character concepts, worldbuilding ideas, and all kinds of content that contribute to the growth of this project.
You can expect to see art, lore, updates, and general development posts as we continue shaping the universe. Our long term goal is to turn the Starlight AU into a full comic series, but for now, our focus is on building a strong foundation through storytelling and setting development.
Looking ahead, we may open the AU to the public for OC submissions. This would allow others to create their own characters and stories within the Starlight AU, as long as permission is given by the head staff.

So, as a person who normally makes Splatoon OCs, once a friend told me about Pulse, I got so excited, as I have been wanting to slowly move over more into the Sonic fandom instead of just Splatoon. So, I recreated my OC known as Ivy, and I used Pulse as my baseline! I even drew a reference sheet using the version I made of her in Pulse!
