i'm 3rd year med student studing in peripheral medical college and thinking of start my preparation of USMLE step 1

my major concern is

who will take care of my parents when im out in US especially in emergency conditions

also after all this if im thinking of returning to india after my fellowships then why at first place why to take all this headache of 3 steps and uncertainity of not getting matched

also there is lot competition of getting surgical branch in USA

instead do INICET/NEET PG and get into good college

but again get agitated by low pay in india, extereme compitation, reservation.

PLZ

give me geniune adcvice what should i do in this situation.
