2018 Honda Civic LX, sat over end of winter and critter got into the engine bay and did a little more damage than I can handle repairing right now (baby due in 2 weeks, finishing some hime repairs myself too). Take it for a dealer repair quote, and Im getting told engine wire harness, steering rack wire harness and a few other smaller things chewed up too and they are quoting at around 10k before they even list parts...

Am I missing something? Part and labor prices explode the past few years? I knew I was gonna take a dealer markup, but damn. Are they crazy or do I just need to eat this one (through insurance probably)?
