Lots of dissatisfaction and a bunch of newcomers. 😬

Anything y’all found interesting? 🤔

TL:DR: I DO recommend Ola health! From filling out intake to getting the meds, 3 (technically 2.5) business days passed. 5 days total since I filled out the paperwork on a Saturday morning.

Full review

What I had to submit to be approved:

My current script (what worked for me was a pic of my Refills dashboard), a picture of my current vial, and a full body picture.

NOTE:

Ola Health has a $50 non refundable fee if you decide to not proceed with treatment, or if the doctor doesn't prescribe. While a full body pic request is rare, it happens. Also just expect you will need a current* prescription uploaded if you don't want to start on the lowest dose. This is all over their website in red for the current script, so it isn't a surprise.

*I do not know what counts as current script. I've seen conflicting posts about it.

Ola also added to their site about a pic being needing as well. Greatly appreciate that! If you've got a script and are ok with a full body pic, sign up asap! The scale picture request nearly killed Ola for me but even the customer who had that request can understand it. This scale request does NOT seem common so don't let it put you off 😊

Timeline

4/25 9 am - filled out the paperwork. You will need a copy of your script at this time to upload.

4/26 11 am - the doctor messaged me asking for a picture of my current vial and a full body photo to verify weight. Got that submitted around 1:30 pm.

4/26 2:30 pm - Doctor approved prescription! Sent the script to the pharmacy!

4/27 10:30 pm - email from Ola confirming medicine shipped

4/29 12 pm - received my (last 😢) 3 BPI vials. My meds did arrive warm and the ice packs were melted & warm, but that doesn't phase me! meds are fiiine at high temps for a short amount of time.

What I especially liked about Ola:

There are NO automatic renewals! Your card info is safe with Ola.

The doctor I had was very kind and quick to respond.

The website is very clean and crisp. I love the otters 😅

Luca is very helpful and put my mind at ease with the possible issues I saw with Ola. I'm so glad I ordered!

So excited to see my BPI babies! Let's have a little virtual launch party 😂 is your order coming today as well?

I signed up Saturday, had some back and forth with the doctor Sunday, sent to pharmacy that same day and shipped out Monday!

Ola needs to borrow Jimmy John's slogan- meds so fast, you'll freak.

Edited to add- you guys can't just say anything nice lmaooo. This is giving kudos to Olas quick turnaround with intake and sending script to the pharmacy. Ola doesn't ship the meds I know that. 🙄

I will update this post with timelines but if anyone else is anxious about getting BPI, I got approved for BPI today! Hoping no issues at the pharmacy.

I will note you may need 3 things to get a prescription in your higher dose: your current script (asked up front), and then the doctor asked for a picture of the vial and a full body picture to verify weight.

The website is very user friendly and the doctor is very kind and quick to respond.

Very impressed with Ola Health so far.
