pretty new to this, only been on 1mg for about 2 weeks now and the headaches have been pretty consistent since i started. thought it would pass but then yesterday i got a random nosebleed out of nowhere which freaked me out a little. never really get those. could this be related or am i just overthinking it

Three locations and revenue per site is about all we track. Collections cycle monitoring, payer contract performance, provider productivity reporting, none of it is structured in any useful way. What does this look like when it is genuinely done well?
