Edi survives in the perfect destroy ending?
Recently replayed Me3 perfect destroy ending and realized Edi doesn’t show up when Hackett is telling us about the ones we lost. I could’ve sworn she was there. I checked on YouTube and saw the normal destroy ending and she does show up. Does this mean she survives?
I fully believe the theory that the reason Shepard survives is because the more war assets means that there is more people from every species working on the crucible. By the time you get to the end, the crucible is fully formed and is able to focus on destroying only reaper tech instead of all cybernetics (Got this theory from Paragon7 on YouTube, she makes great videos). I know Edi was made using reaper tech, but maybe it didn’t destroy all of her or she’s able to be rebuilt? Or maybe because she gained her own individuality, it separated her from the reapers? In the next cutscene, her name is on the memorial wall. But then after that the Normandy is seen flying off in the sun set. If Edi is the Normandy does that mean she’s alive? Maybe only her physical body died?
I’m probably coping, but this is enough for my head cannon that Edi actually made it lol.
