I am actively looking to acquire a small SaaS/micro-SaaS to operate long-term.

What I am looking for:

• SaaS/micro-SaaS (any niche, B2B preferred)
• ~$50–$500+ MRR (flexible for the right product)
• Stable, already running product (NOT pre-revenue)
• Organic traffic or inbound user flow (SEO)
• 10+ active users minimum (rough guideline, not strict)
• Ideally already generating steady inbound users (e.g. 1–2 new users/week)
• Bonus: products with reasonable payback potential (around ~20–24 months or better), but not a strict requirement

What matters to me:

I am not looking to flip anything. I want to take over something real, keep it running smoothly, and grow it over time. If you care about your product being in good hands, that is a big plus
