I found these all these pieces within 3 sq. ft. of each other in Austin after a big rain. All chert. They appear to be flakes from making arrowheads. Yes or no?

Found this in Austin, TX, along the Colorado river, near what appears to be flintknap shards.
Approx. 1.5 in long. The exterior grooves and interior channel seem like a tooth or antler. Seems to have enamel or has been polished.
Any ideas what it belonged to, and whether it could be old or not?
