Just checking out Trillium based on the recent survey. With BPI stopping production, and Hallandale not available in California, what are my other options?

So BEWL offered patients some options, including refund, due to the Apothecary delays. David also, via this page, offered some people “same day processing”. Here I am on Thursday, after accepting the substitute meds, with an order still processing. I was able to order elsewhere yesterday, it’s shipping today. I asked for a refund, which Cassie processed, but without the $75 “appointment fee”. What appointment? It’s asynchronous. What a scam! I don’t get the BEWL fanboy syndrome here. It’s now awful, but this is a huge miss. Why should this company be allowed to keep my money for an error within their business? I’ll obviously be filing a chargeback with the credit card company.
